Share the Big Sky: a Virtual Art Gallery

WHO: Artists whose work celebrates agricultural or wild open land, and the people who live & play here.

WHY: To celebrate artists’ connection to the landscape, and draw attention to the inspiration they receive from our landscape – and all that artists contribute to our communities!

WHAT: A virtual art gallery, each piece linked to the artist’s website.

WHEN: Launching as part of Montana Open Land Month, July 2016.

TO SUBMIT: Please submit jpg or eps files smaller than 512MB, ideal ratio: 1024*680. Images with protective watermarks welcome.

DEADLINE: The first 16-20 artists to submit will be featured/promoted when the gallery goes live in June. Artwork submitted after that date through July will be rotated in, growing this important testament to the inspiration provided by Montana’s diverse open lands.

DRAWING: All artists who submit images of their work will be entered into drawing for prizes, including clothing items generously donated by Duckworth.

Thanks to Mimi Matsuda, the Montana Arts Council and others for helping to spread the word!
